I made a physio appointment with Matt who was friendly, professional and very thorough in his initial assessment and follow up appointment. The treatment I received during my appointment was excellent, Matt seemed to know exactly where the problems were. I was given precise exercises to do, times of day they should be carried out and how many/time taken for each. He made sure I was doing them right before leaving and even wrote instructions down for me, which was great. I came away very optimistic that at last I was getting somewhere in solving the problems I am experiencing, worth every penny. I am looking forward to my next session.
