Fantastic service from Ryan and the team at Abell Building Services Ltd. I'm so pleased with the conversion of my utility room into a downstairs loo/ utility room. The work was completed to the highest standard in a truly professional manner. I wouldn't hesitate to use this company again and will be recommending them to all my friends and family.

So pleased with my new extension built by Abell Building Services Ltd. The extension was part of a project bringing separate kitchen and dining room into one space and extending the rear of the property. Work was completed almost two months ago now and it has been everything I had hoped, I wouldn’t change a thing. Abell Building Services listened carefully to my requirements, discussed options bringing imaginative and practical solutions, and were professional throughout. Communication was superb, even with the added complications and delays of lockdown. I cannot recommend Abell Building Services highly enough, they were a pleasure to work with. I am absolutely delighted with the first rate extension Abell Building Services has built. I had 2 bedrooms built over a flat roof, a downstairs toilet built at the front and extensive internal alterations. Ryan also undertook to refurbish a bathroom, install an en suite, he also did the plumbing and electrical installation of the new kitchen, rewired and replastered the whole house and installed two sets of sliding doors. Several hidden problems were encountered during the build due to our original house construction and at all times Ryan talked them through with us, listened to what we wanted and overcame difficulties with professionalism and good humour. He kept us informed at every stage and worked hard to ensure we had the house we wanted. The rapidity of the build was amazing, sometimes working late in the evenings and at weekends but never letting his high standard quality of work slip. Ryan and his team were most polite, helpful and professional. I highly recommend Abell Building Services.

I have been pleased with abell building services from start to finish. They have guided me through each part of the process and have found them to be extremely profesional to deal with. Abell Building Services have just completed a side extension for me and I am very happy with their service. When choosing a builder, I had several quotes and I appointed Ryan since he offered the best price\quality quote and he listened and understood what I wanted. I also looked at a couple of his previous builds and was impressed by them. My 2 storey side extension comprised of a master bedroom with en suite, above a car port. The building work started just before Christmas and was completed ahead of schedule by the start of April. I was impressed by how hard Ryan and his team worked and how willing they were to work weekends if they got delayed by the weather to make sure it was completed on time. Also Ryan always tried to go the extra step to make it better for us. I would definitely recommend Abell Building Services to anyone who is thinking of having an extension built or any other building work carried out.
