A good store, when they can be bothered to be open. I was in urgent need of strings due to a band rehearsal the following day, and knowing 'Just Music' are open on Tuesdays, went over to to get said strings.
CLOSED.
Despite saying they open at 10am on Tuesdays. This entailed a round trip to Nottingham to find a music shop. Not good enough.
A very quirky guitar store with very friendly and helpful staff who have a deep knowledge in their field and take pride in sharing that knowledge. Came to buy a Ukulele and left warm-hearted with a feeling of inspiration to live up to their level of passion for instruments and shop.
Would be 5* but with the store being quirky as it is, there is a lack of space to walk around. However, I reckon this adds to the closeness you feel with the staff.
In town for a short time, in need of a guitar for a gig. Needed a good guitar at a great price. I'm very impressed with Keith's knowledge and friendliness He's helping solve problems and thorough about being sure my needs are met. In the end, put the right guitar in my hands. GREAT service!
Utter chaos in this store with no room to see, try, or even get near to what looks like some cracking gear! The guitars, amps, keyboards and accessories are stacked to the rafters. Really frustrating as these guys obviously know their stuff, but can't demo any of it because there's no room ! Get it sorted and I might buy something else one day! (Have brought from here before about three months ago and very pleased with the product/service then)
