Being a silver Surfer and with a limited knowledge of computers I needed to upgrade from windows 7 to windows 10 with a bit more speed etc. so I looked up my nearest repair shop which was Charles who gave me advice on the subject with no pressure at all! I now have an upgraded computer as advised by him which is modern and much faster!
Charles is very conscientious and will help out with any problems.

I took my wife's dead MacBook Pro to Charles & had a diagnosis of the problem & a very reasonable quote in about an hour.
He also diagnosed a problem with the third party charger I had bought on Amazon & sourced me an original Apple charger at a great price.
I was so impressed with his service that I asked him to upgrade the memory & RAM while he was doing the repairs & once again he gave me a great price & kept me regularly updated of progress.
I'm very happy with the work he's done & happy to have found someone I trust to do future repairs & upgrades to our computers.

My computer had problems so i called Syston Computer Repair because they are the nearest to my location. I spoke with Charles who asked what had happened to my computer and i explained the problem to him. I dropped the computer to him and within a few hours he called me with options. At no time did he try to up sell me on products etc. We decided on a course of action and left him to it. He called me a few times with updates and did not do any extra work without calling me first. I got my computer back the next day and its better than ever at the price agreed. I would recommend this company without hesitation.
