Cafe Smile can be very hit and miss. Sometimes the food can be great and the staff are always friendly but the food isn’t always at the best standard as have had cold food, they don’t always have what you want in and things are not always cooked properly. Sometimes you have to wait a while for food to get to you as relative of mine had to wait 2hrs for food to be cooked served, the staff tend to blame this on being busy but on this particular day there was hardly any people in the cafe so they cannot use this excuse all the time.

The cafe is inside the new Quality Discounts store and is newly refurbished (from the old Co-op cafe that used to be here). We had a very pleasant visit - we had coffee and toasted tea cakes that were very good. Staff were very friendly too!
