I have been with this dental practise for 15 years, I had previously not had great experience before moving here. My teeth are in great condition due to the genuine care of my dentist Richard. My son who is also a patient here had chipped his front adult tooth in half, when I called he was seen the same day and was resolved there and then, which I find remarkable service as I know this is a busy practise.

Needed some help with teeth whitening and BDP was recommended by a friend. Found the whole practise very friendly and professional. Could not be happier with the result. Thank you!

Booked an appointment 3.5 weeks ago due to being in agony with an infected tooth, was called hours befor appointment to be told dentist had called in sick and the next available appointment was end of October nearly 5 weeks away. To be fair I was told private dentist are available but at a much higher cost. If I called in to cancel appointment I'd be kicked off the list, they do it with me in agony it's still my fault. I get nothing but hypocrisy and sheer snobbery. I've joined Jdrm much better service.
