My husband and I are new to the area and both had our initial appointment at the dental practice today. Everything was handled extremely professionally. It was easy to set up appointments and we received text reminders. The dentist and dental assistant did a very nice job, being clear to explain everything during our check ups. Check in and out was straight forward and the receptionist was polite and friendly.
I needed a dentist so went online and saw this surgery which was near to home. I booked and appointment and upon arrival I was greeted by a lovely and friendly person at the reception who spoke to me about the appointment and gave me the form to complete. The dentist was friendly, polite and they spoke reassuringly about my problem. I am looking forward to my next appointment as I was happy with the service and advice. I would highly recommend.
