Lovely church. Lots of interesting information and well presented. The sandwiches were nice although the instructions in the cafe were confusing as it asked you to stay seated and someone would come to serve you but no-one came as they were waiting for us to go to the counter. Also no toilet.

We visited Boston Stump/St Botolphs on a weekday afternoon. We were warmly greeted & the restrictions of Covid19 explained. We wanted to climb the Tower & were able to do that for £5 per person. The 206 steps up are quite steep & narrow but well lit, and very much worthwhile when you see the views from the top. There are helpful panels showing the places of interest from the 4 sides of the Tower as you make your way around. Again the steps are quite steep going down but the tea & cakes on sale at the bottom make you feel better!

Very attractive church, one of the largest churches in the country. As big as a cathedral. Well worth the visit. The town has many interesting old buildings. Well worth a day trip.

I don’t come to Boston often but when I do I always make time to visit this church, or The Stump as we call it. Beautiful architecture and design, and going inside is just lovely. I couldn’t this time around on my visit, but I’ve been in before. It’s so remarkable you can see it miles out of the town.

I've yet to have a proper look at the stump, I'm going again to Boston tomorrow, looking forward to it. Boston is a great place to visit.
