Can thank today's Costa shift for coffee, at least I'm get what I want. Can you explain other shifts what is extra strong white coffee. Was really lovely cup of coffee, thanks again.
Great coffee, but a bit lacking in choice of food, both sweet and savoury of late. Good service, with the drive through my main choice to avoid people in this covid world.
Busy but well worth the wait. Polite staff and excellent coffee. Tried the after eight hot chocolate and wish I had purchased two!!!!!
We ordered and paid on the app. Five minutes later a girl came over and said one of the drinks was unavailable.
We received the rest of our order, one of them looking nothing like the fabulous picture online.
I went to the till to ask what happens to the £3.37 we paid for the out of stock drink, to be told ‘I have no idea, I can’t refund you because it didn’t go through our till’
Got the feeling she really didn’t care.
Won’t be using the app again and probably won’t bother with Costa either.
Ordered 3 drinks at the drive through and they were all served with semi-skimmed milk so i explained that i couldn't drink them but the girl on the window said they couldn't take them back and wouldn't make another using the correct milk.
Definitely won't be stopping here again! Waste of £7 quid.
