We had a really nice experience in Pushchair Expert. Friendly staffs who have a broad of knowledge and patience to answer every question in detail. We made a decision with understating of pros and cons after the lady gave us demonstrations of each pram we interested. Appreciated and definitely recommend!

We went to Pushchair Expert for the first time last week after booking a time slot online. After being warmly welcomed, we were encouraged to look around at our leisure and make a note of which items we wanted to see, we found this approach perfect. We choose 5 different travel systems to look at and narrowed it down to 2 very quickly as the in depth demonstrations and details about each one made it really easy for us to decide. We then had the chance to test each one out, folding them, carrying them, even checking that the one we had decided on definitely would fit in my tiny boot! Not only was this level of customer service some of the best I have ever experienced, the cherry on the cake came when they said they would match a price we had seen online which was absolutely fantastic! I would highly recommend a visit especially to any fellow first time parents to get the advice and details that really help you make the right decision for you.

Georgia was brilliant despite only having worked there 2 weeks! Top knowledge of the products, great demonstrations and no pushy sales! The whole team were great from the gals on the floor to the owner who even took the time to check in on us. Fantastically run business, made the whole experience very enjoyable. Martyn & Teagan

Purchased the oyster 3 travel system in early August 2020. Unfortunately the travel system arrived with marks on plastic parts which I reported to the team and replacement of two parts was arranged shortly after but one final part was only sent to me in October 2020. My dissatisfaction was expressed multiple times as I had to chase the pushchairexpert team many times myself for an update and although the final part was just now received, it is unfortunately still with the same fault. Very disappointing as I was told, after speaking with the team, that the manufacturer states that it is normal and pushchairexpert cannot do anything else at this point other. I was told that I can give the manufacturer a call myself but how much more time do I need to waste on this issue?! All this is very disappointing as I have wasted much time chasing pushchairexpert for an update and quite frankly, the money paid for the set is not worth it. If I had the time, I would have returned the full set and ordered from somewhere else.
