Beautiful place! Especially in the autumn. One corner has old fish ponds and arboretum with swamp maples and other unusual species. My only fault with this park is that it's not that big, you can walk the perimeter in an hour easily but a short walk to town and some great cafes (not currently open on Mondays and Tuesdays though due to covid) lovely open grass areas popular with dog walkers. Local volunteer group does a SUPERB job of helping care for the place. :-)

Met some friends, children enjoyed the play area and cycling around on their bikes and playing games in loads of space. The toilets were clean and modern. A walk round was enjoyable, the trees were in lovely autumn colours.

Beautiful place and a good walk for both couples and families. Toilets to use and local village with great shops to browse

Really nice place for a walk either with children or pets. Gravel paths and plenty of benches or picnic tables.

Beautiful walk in the countryside just outside of the village. Open parkland and some wooded areas. Footpath vary in quality and width, some just lead into a field, so if unfamilour it can be a little inconveniant in wet weather. Car park is small and seems to just let cars in continiously with no marked parking bays! Charges are upto 1 hour £2, 1-3 hours £3
