David first visited us around 5 years ago to replace broken immersion heater. He arrived when he said he was going to and quickly completed the job. Since then we have used David to install CCTV, an alarm system, new consumer unit and any other electrical needs that we might have. When there was an issue with the one CCTV camera, David resolved it quickly and without fuss. Davis is friendly, one time when he was working here he actually went out of his way to offer me a lift to my son's school when I needed to get there quickly. He has recommended other trades to us, which we have gone on to use, based on David's recommendation, such is our level of trust in him and quite simply we would not trust our electrical work to anyone else.

Came out and upgraded our consumer unit, did a fantastic job and was very professional. Dave was very polite and he was the cheapest of all the quotes we had. Cleaned up all mess and the work was very neat We will definitely use Pilgrim Electrical again for all our work.

I needed an emergency electrician to help solve the problem of the sockets not working at my tenant's property in Boston. I live outside the UK so needed a quick and efficient way of solving the problem. By means of a national emergency number I was put in touch with David SPILMAN and his company Pilgrim Electrical. David texted to say he was en route and he handled the problem very well once he reached my tenant's property. He explained to them clearly what was going to happen and how he could restore electricity to them. David is not just a skilled and experienced electrician; he is an excellent communicator. My tenants are Polish and I am resident abroad so he needed to be able to communicate effectively face-to-face with them and over the phone with me. He did both exceedingly well. Another of David's traits is that of honesty. I had made a mistake and overpaid him without realising it, so he made sure he rectified that. There are not many tradespeople that would have done the same I am sure. I am looking to ask David to do further electric work for me and I would unhesitatingly recommend him further to anybody in the Boston or South Lincolnshire area for the reasons I state above.
