Very much lives up to their name, incredibly Pratical. Family hired a small van over the weekend to help my sister move into uni halls. No fuss or nonsense, very friendly and helpful staff.
A first class experience. Needed a Luton van at short notice, and left an after hours e mail, received a reply at 7.30the following morning, which given they don't open till eight was amazing. Hired a van, at very competitive rates, with no milage penalty. It was ready for pick up on time, thoughlycleaned Dropped off the following day with none of the usual fuss over any mark or scratch. Top marks to Ian, and the gentleman who was cleaning and servicing the vehicles, I cannot recommend this company highly enough.
I've hired a car from here twice now, nothing is too much trouble for the guys here. So, so friendly, happy to pick us up and drop off at train station. Can recommend 100% thank you again!
