I found a hair in my drink
Very good hot chocolate, impressed they were happy to make it with soya milk. Be aware they don't accept cash at the moment, card payments only. Staff friendly and welcoming 😊
Great coffee, went with a friend, also lovely and clean and a great atsmophere they also offer outdoor seating all year round

One of the better chain coffee shops as its quite large and has seating outside.
Great selection of drinks and snacks but as you would expect with a chain coffee shop, the food can be expensive. Absolutely love the interior and overall relaxed feeling of the premises as you have to exits and don't quite feel crammed in. Customer service is great, very friendly staff, very fast service and overall cleanliness is better than most stores.
Really well run Caffe Nero. Decent prices and very friendly staff but most importantly good coffee the usual high standard I'd expect from Caffe Nero. Would very much reccomend.
