Mostly great staff who are always polite and ready to assist. Had a group of 12 people and they assisted in making sure we were all together and seated close with everything we could need and great access for a wheelchair user with us. Can't fault the service
It could really do with updating - they started renovating some screenings but not others so not sure whats happening there 🤷🏻♀️ BUT saying that - staff are lovely and welcoming and as a wheelchair user - EVERY single screening has a wheelchair spot so I'm never short for spaces! They do have a lift for the upstairs screening which is a little on the small side but still fits my powerchair - just have to reverse backwards to get out. Inside the screenings are nice and clean as well as the downstairs & upstairs disabled toilets. Good selection of films to choose from and a good variety of time slots too 👍🏻. Sweets & food are a little on the pricier side but popcorn is more than reasonable. Visit here often so I'm a big fan!

What's to complain about? The long escalators add to the fun experience of going to watch a movie on the big screen.
