Incredible Black Forest Gateaux, although the owner pointed out it was a cake and not a gateaux, but it was certainly worthy of being called a gateaux. Lovely light and fluffy Scone all washed down with a great cup of tea in very dainty cups. The owner is very chatty and loves her teapots, of which there are many. Can't wait until the rhubarb and custard cake reappears.

Cosy tea shop with beautiful variety of bone china teacups, saucers and teapots.
Even though the food order took a long time coming, we really enjoyed the tuna and cucumber sandwiches, homemade coleslaw and crisps, then fresh scone with jam and clotted cream, washed down with a pot of Earl grey tea! Very friendly, helpful staff!
Perfect afternoon tea. Such a lovely warm welcome from all staff and a fantastic passionate host... Carrot cake is to die for.. Very elegant decor, sends you back in time... 10/10 👍🏻
