Great customer service, very friendly and helpful staff everything explained in plain English, no jargon or BS and not forced to buy any extra add-ons that I didn't want or need although they were offered and fully explained.
Good service. However, we chose to rent a car from there SUV category and were given an estate which was the only estate car. Not sure why there is an estate car in the SUV category and personally think they need to change this so estates have there own category.
Good service. I had driven a rental car from Wokingham & had dropped it off in Lincoln. Everything went very smoothly.
When we picked the car up, it was absolutely filthy inside and out. I had to stop to clean windscreen on the inside as it was so dirty it was dangerous to drive .You don't expect to have to do this on a premium vehicle or on any hired car especially whe you are paying £600+ for a week! Disappointing
Van was clean and well maintained, would use again.
