We have rented a number of cars from Enterprise and we have had excellent customer service.
I use this branch regularly for rental cars and cannot fault them for either business or personal use. Great staff and excellent service. Would not bother with any other rental firm!
Great staff good company to use
Hassle free inexpensive van hire. My Vivaro was almost new, in great condition and just what I needed at a very reasonable price that nobody else could match.
Beware booking a car if you are from overseas and don't have a credit card!!!!! Booked a car on the phone via the central booking line. Dealt with a very helpful man on the phone. Asked where I was from and I replied New Zealand. Also asked if I had a credit or debit card, which I replied just a debit card. Arranged to collect the car the next morning from the Lincoln office. Turned up and the staff were very friendly and told us they had upgraded us. However when we couldn't supply a credit card the rental couldn't go ahead. Would have been great to have been told that when we booked instead if wasting our time.
