Ordered a Corsa for a one way trip to the airport, was given a Mercedes Vito 8 seater... They claimed to have tried to contact me, but I had no missed calls... It seems I was a convenient way to move a bigger vehicle to a depot that would use the Vito more. Given that it's winter, it would be good if the used screenwash so I didn't need to stop on the journey to clear the windscreen. Disappointing experience.

Hired for a week and got a fancier car than I was expecting, really straightforward service and everything was nicely spelled out.

Well...it was all wrong since the booking day... I specifically ask for a type of car in witch they said that wouldn't be a problem at all. Collection day had everything but the car they told I would get. On delivery day I was up to one hour waiting to someone open the doors when I was supposed to deliver it at 10am.. conclusion, even knowing that wasn't my fault still was charged another £100. To see if a would let it pass maybe? Had a little talk with them and I was told that i would get the money back because the realized is was their fault. After 10 days got no money back. Definitely not going back... stuff are rude and prefer to check their phones then deal with costumer... the place is messy all around entry carpet just makes you turn back. When you get there all them are chatting and you have to make yourself visible by interrupting them otherwise they'll just ignore you. Once they notice you they don't even let you talk interrupting you constantly... especially the manager.. rushing me and talking over his stuff and getting back on is phone again not giving chance to answer back. Because e new they mess up. Be wise when choosing a car rental. There was many signs they weren't good enough. I just didn't wanted to see.

extremely Rude staff, especially the woman on phone called Taylor. Is this how business is done?? Inquired about car and on the opposite woman said she has 10 other cars to deal so i can wait. Such Pathetic Staff should not work there at all. Pathetic and Disgusting. This has been escalated to hertz complaints because we hire car not to get insulted. AVOID.

Friendly and efficient staff. The location was a little basic. Somewhere to sit comfortably would have been appreciated. (We had to wait while they resolved another customer's complex booking issue).
