Absolutely lovely and welcoming staff! I went in when it was quiet and I overheard 2 employees planning to design the shop window, they're very passionate about their job- which is refreshing to see in retail! Quality of the products is worth the money. Such an easy shopping experience.
The staff are really friendly. Plenty of room in the Lincoln branch. Wide range of stock. Fatface clothes are gorgeous too.

Beautiful clothes and friendly staff. They often get new lines in, so if you see something you like get it because it probably won't be there next time you visit!!
