Moved from here to Treeline Surgery. Much better, Guildhall reception terrible. Could never get through and were unhelpful to my wife who needed regular checks due to cancer treatment. Dentists though were excellent, shame about management and receptionists.

Very rude receptionist who makes you feel like a nuisance. The dentist was a very nice guy but didn't seem to give a very thorough checkup. I tried here after being private for years. When I returned to my private dentist it turns out I needed 2 fillings which I feel they should have spotted.

Can't fault the dentist, brilliant and very friendly, however the reception staff are absolutely useless. I honestly don't know what they are paid for because it's not for doing their jobs.
