Very kind and professional staff and dentists who know what they're doing. Best dental practice in Lincoln I've found and I'm not planning to look any further. Everything is explained clearly before the treatment and you really know you're under good care. Recommended!

Super dentists, lovely clean comfortable modern dentists with excellent staff. Liason with the practice manager, helpful, friendly, wonderful customer care. my special needs son needed a xray they did not keep us waiting, explained everything and were incredibly friendly, professional and efficient. My son was very happy with the process. Thanks again. I would recommend and will return if needed.

Broke my bracket Saturday evening, now 2 days later and I still can't get seen. No helpful information on getting an emergency appointment. No times to call to get one on their website and the google information of this practice is not updated. Because of this I have a gap reopened now and will have to wait longer to get them off most likely. Not including the pain I get every time I eat, because of the loose bracket irritating my gums, that they can't take five minutes to stick back on. 'Only take calls to book in emergency appointments from 8AM.' When it states that they aren't even open until 9AM and doesn't say anything about actually being open at 8 to take calls. I was supposed to get them off in a couple weeks time, however that probably isn't the case any more. Their information needs to be updated and more available. So that in the future, people are actually able to get seen and not turned away several times.

Always received excellent care here & treated courteously. My children have both had braces & now how lovely straight teeth.
