Poor service from staff, one member of staff marshalling people around poorly, not cleaning tills after customers have used them and telling customers they have been cleaned. Staff standing around when multiple customers are waiting. 10 minute wait, the only saving grace was Allison who noticed we were waiting and served us quickly and politely

Awful costumer service. Came to collect a product as it was one of my collection options (not ordered with Argos). When arrived had to deal with horrible attitude. Was told that 45 pounds was ‘too physically heavy’ and they would ‘reject it next time’ . First that’s not how you should talk to the client. Secondly I’m not the one who they should be complaining to.

A truly horrible shopping experience. Greeted at the door by a stoney faced staff member demanding to know "what are you here for?" not, how can we help etc. Once I had got past the gatekeeper I went into the dirty, cold and almost totally barren shop. I used the self service point (as the gatekeeper had ordered me to) and then collected my order from another miserable staff member who made me feel as welcome as a bad smell in a lift. Many retailers have done everything they can to provide a Covid secure yet welcoming and enjoyable shopping experience. Argos it seems would rather we didnt enter their stores and make it so they are so miserable to be in that we dont ever want to go back.

They did not give me the product that I ordered they were very unhelpful and rude when I complained. No wonder the store was nearly empty, Argos just does not compare to the likes of Amazon who appreciate you as a customer and work with due care
