Argos in Lincoln High Street is an excellent store! The Staff are Outstanding⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐. The product range is excellent.

Love this shop and have done since it opened. I’ve never been disappointed with wait times or cheery staff, even on Christmas Eve when the line seemed daunting we were in and out quicker than a cat in a bath. Great range of products and all quality names with fab prices. Easy to choose and order online or in store and easy to pay and collect too.

They deserve six stars as I was trying to get home after finishing shopping and the taxi company I normally use was busy when I rang, but they was able to get one in a few minutes... Can not thank them enough for the friendly staff, it's something we don't see a lot of but to experience it as someone like myself, really grateful they was able to go the extra mile (though I've often bought stuff from here and found the price slightly cheaper than the online price, best saving was a watch several years ago)

Disgusting Customer Service. I'm not the type of person to make a complaint but feel very let down. I've never really had a good customer experience in this store, always felt like a number. Today was the final straw. We bought an electronic product, which was faulty (unbeknown to us, the customer). On first time of using the product the wire fell apart. On attempting to replace the product, two of their staff came to deal with me. Outnumbering and felt like they were trying to catch me out. They said they couldn't replace faulty products, as it 'didn't come under the manufacturers warranty'. Basically, it seems, if they sell you a bad product, they wash their hands with you and expect you to do they work and contact the manufacturer to make a complaint with them. Smug staff who acted like they got one over on me. I have spent £1,000's at this store, have an Argos card. Loyalty is clearly not something Argos hold in high regard. I will never shop at this store again, and with other stores readily available, I will never shop at Argos again and have cut the card. Disgusting Customer Service. I suggest you bypass Argos and use Amazon for cheaper, better products which you can easily replace and better customer service.

Queued behind 4 others at Ebay collection point in store - unsure whether anyone serving end person for about 10 mins. Eventually reached desk to be told that to collect ebay items I needed to queue at another desk (labelled as online Argos purchases). A store manager Adam claimed that the layout of signs was not for the store to decide or change. No means of sitting while awaiting my turn in the queue. Possibly Argos could install a terminal for customers to punch in collection code on arrival at store to avoid standing in queues.
