Lovely family day out. Open spacious, kids loved it.
Beautiful on a sunny day
We go regular. Turning to the park is easily passed so keep a sharp eye out. Gorgeous gentle walk around both lakes. Cafe with very friendly staff. Lots of information boards about trees and birds and the mine. If you want a more vigorous walk there are plenty to choose from
Lovely walk around the lake and cascades. There's free parking and the guy in the little tea hut by the lake was really nice, friendly and helpful. Even though it was a bit rainy and cold when I went I enjoyed this gem of a place.
Beautiful place to visit. Lovely walks. Very nice place to eat with activities for adults and children.
