Fantastic professional service. Helped me twice this year during very difficult times saying goodbye to both my old lady dogs. Highly recommend.
The vet was very thorough in explaining the problem to us. He went into a lot of detail and explained the problem, next steps and potential future problems. He seemed very knowledgeable and seemed to genuinely care about our pet. He was very friendly and kind to us as owners
The Italian vet I spoke to was very thorough. My dog was very anxious and in pain and she examined her thoroughly putting myself amp d my dog at ease. I was completely reassured and feel happy with the outcome. Getting my dog to take the meds especially admin eye drops is another matter but we'll give it a go!!
Answered phone promptly and listened to my problem and immediately talked to vet. Was given an appointment immediately. Seen promptly and treatment given straight away. Vet was very friendly, explained everything,knew history of pet too.
Will never go to this vets again. More or less told me my pup was going to die with parvo because they used a out of date test. Ad him tested in another vets and he is fine.
