Appalling servife
Plenty of free parking and in a good location shelves in a few places where bear. Staff could be friendlier and more observant but on all an ok visit.
Drove 30 minutes to buy a laptop which upon arrival was told that the price had gone up by £50 overnight. Particularly annoying as I tried to buy it the day before at Curry's at Boston, but it was out of stock and advised to go to Lincoln. I give this store minus five stars, as they know how to make something which should be simple, very difficult. Never thought I would say this, but online shopping is definitely the way forward.
Ordered a laptop online but there were major issues surrounding the delivery by DPD. However, the service provided by Lincoln PC World in resolving this issue was excellent especially the support provided by the assistant manager, Rick.
