Booked an appointment for battery query and after very thorough diagnostic check by a very friendly and helpful member of staff, very good and fair advice given with no charge at all. Thoroughly recommend this store.
Gave them my MacBook pro for a repair, which they did, but they broke one of the sound bars when reassembling it. I live far away from the store and definitely won't spend more money into going back there and wait 3 more weeks.
Cancelled a warranty repair appointment via email with less than 30mins notice. No phone call. Wasted 80mile round trip and store manager taking no responsibility for lack of customer service. Showed total incompetence and inability to reschedule trying to allocate the blame on covid & apple. Another example of a business hiding behind the pandemic for total lack of customer service. Appalling.
James was a great employee, helped me a lot.
Said it would take 6 weeks for a repair. Then recommend another shop who didn't know what was wrong with it.
