Back in the summer I was looking for a specific microphone adapter for my GoPro. I contacted Jacob at the Lincoln branch and he managed to find one in their Bristol branch and have it posted to me just 1 day later. I was in desperate need for this adapter to enable me to record proper audio at my brother's wedding (everywhere in Europe was sold out and GoPro had 000's of backorders that they didn't know when they'd be able to fulfil) - Jacob went above and beyond to help and truly saved the day. These guys were so helpful and managed to help when literally no one else could (I'd be researching online and phoning round various places in the UK and abroad for days). Thank you so much for all your help Jacob. I highly recommend these guys with their exceptional customer service!!
Also...I managed to capture some pretty good footage at the wedding and the adapter enabled the use of the external microphone perfectly!
