Ordered speakers on boxing day and web site was quoting next day delivery.Other than an email from paypal with just payment details and no delivery dates/information about curriers heard nothing from them..Chased by chat after several days and was told to give it another day but it still did not come.Asked on chat again and got no reply so sent an email which said they had been busy and covid was causing problems.As a key worker myself I understand that but does not explain the lack of correspondence,Said they could not access systems but could offer a refund.Replied asking for one but again received no reply.So left another 2 days and went on chat and they gave a refund.At no point did I receive any order/delivery emails other than an invoice from paypal which I think is something they really need to look at.Don't like leaving bad reviews but whole experience was disappointing.

I bought a DENON AVC X8500H £3500 payed for it and after a year and something doesn't work anymore, Nobody answers the phone or the email but instead I received an answer on facebook” Robert, please look at the support section on the Denon website. It has approved service agents who can either repair under warranty or charge where necessary. Thanks” This is the way ...🤷‍♂️ And yes you sold denon products !!!!

Great service from Toby at Superfi. After my amplifier had been repaired he called me to arrange collection. It was ready for me when I walked into the shop and he very helpfully called a taxi for me so that I could get the boxed amplifier home. Toby then carried the heavy boxed amplifier to the taxi for me and placed it in the boot. Very polite and helpful. That kind of service is really appreciated by me. Thank you!
