I have used the services of SCIS for a number of years through my employment and I honestly couldn't rate the service more highly. The team show upmost professionalism throughout all that they do, are so efficient and willing to support from the smallest enquiries to much larger technical queries. They consistently go above and beyond what they are paid to do, and never make me feel daft for asking the most simple of questions. I have yet to work with a member of the team that has not had the same professionalism, genuine care and ethics as the others. I would recommend them to anyone in need of either personal or professional IT support.
Purchased a monitor mount from SCIS and the entire experience was great. There was a slight delay from the manufacturer side but I got constant feedback during the entire process from Simon the sales guy at SCIS. Receiving a response is key when dealing with a vendor and thats what made my experience great!

I can't express how much Simon and his team at SCIS have taken the stress out of tech issues both in my professional work environment and on a personal basis. You always get a calm prompt response and the whole team are polite and most helpful, they can't seem to do enough for you, to make sure you are happy with the solution. Whether it is something minor or a major issue they are at the end of the phone or on email and they get the job done. i can't recommend them enough.
