Called in to ask about getting a wiring adapter I needed to complete the installation of my new Android head unit. He said he couldn't help me and that I'd have to go back to wherever I bought the unit from. He then made a disparaging comment to say "that's the trouble with these Chinese things". I then asked him if he could recommend a different way I could resolve the problem given he wasn't able to help me with the adapter, and he made it clear he wasn't going to provide any help seeing as how I'd not bought the unit from him. Now I do get that point, but he was churlish in his manner and I left feeling that somehow I'd done something wrong. On reflection, I probably had - by not paying enough attention to the reviews which I'd read here about his having had the same customer-unfriendly attitude to others. I understand your services aren't free, but politeness and a warm manner don't usually cost too much.
The guy is absolutely brilliant, will go out of his way to get the job done. Will use again
Guy has absolutely no idea what he’s doing. Couldn’t even answer a simple enquiry, it’s no surprise it looks like he’s shutting down
