Our drinks were warm - Normally when ordering through the app we get a little coffee bean symbol on the phone when our order is ready. After 17 minutes, no notification so I went in. My order was just on the side going cold. Also, no cream on the top of my Irish Velvet and Cream latte. Didn't realise until we had left the car park already. Unusually bad service from this branch.
Been there twice with the slowest service and drinks overly done with syrup. The manager was keeping customers to the capacity of the shop but was however not keeping to social distancing herself and didn't seem to be assisting when necessary, other staff clearly needed help. Massive queues both times and only one person preparing drinks. Gave it a second chance but never again.
I had the after eight hot chocolate, I would definitely recommend it. They also have a very good covid safe procedure.
Kings lynn hardwick shop fab service so busy they had it spot on x keeping to all guidelines getting peoples orders done x I think at the time they had about 30 odd online and in shop orders x well done to all staff on

OK if you are in the mood for a quick coffee after shopping, but bear in mind that it is one of the smaller outlets. Fine for takeaway.
