Since seeing a program on Japan ( James May: Our Man In Japan ) and seeing the cat cafe there, she has been obsessed about going to Japan to go to one! Not easy at the moment (or cheap!) so a quick Google to see if there were any in the UK and surprised to see there was one in Gt Yarmouth which is about 40min drive from us. Result! So booked up a slot as soon as possible, and didn't tell her, just said we were going to Yarmouth for the day - the look of "do we have to" to surprise on her face when I stood outside and I said I fancy a coffee, shall we go in this cafe and then she saw the cats was brilliant. So at present due to Covid the owners allow only your booked bubble in for your 45 minute slot, which allows them time to clean. In our case it was just the 2 of us and we started with a quick read through of the ground rules which were straight forward. There is a small fee per person and the menu is shown on their website and nothing is very expensive. The cafe is also decorated with quite a lot of retro items (one being a Raleigh Chopper!). So a quick order of pancakes, juice and a milk shake and it was time to be introduced to the cats. The owners as stated in other reviews were very friendly and gave lots of info about each cat and their personality. My daughter was in cat heaven and enjoyed are 45 minutes immensely. Stanley was the most playful so she enjoyed playing with him, and her favourite was the Sphinx cat which she had never seen before (If the owners read this, what was the Sphinx cats name, we couldn't remember). Coconut had had an accident so has 3 legs, and due to vets visit the day before Teddy was a little sleepy. So a very enjoyable visit and my daughter loved it and wants to return!

Absolutely amazing cafe, owners and cat residents! We had a wonderful time with friendly and playful cats. With a relaxing atmosphere all really made us feel comfortable. The coffee and pasty were lovely. would highly recommend and perfect price to make it a regular visit! Very covid secure and very clean. :) Changing mat and spacious bathroom for our little one too. Thank you for making us feel welcome.

The staff were so friendly, the food was delicious, service was quick, I felt so relaxed and even though we didn't have a lot of time, we did not feel rushed at all. I will definitely be back! And I am so happy to support a company that not only rescues cats and cares about their welfare, but also helps to relax people and offer people a safe, calming, relaxing atmosphere to be in! 😻😻

We booked our visit online and we were extremely happy with our visit. The safety measures were excellent and we were welcomed very warmly. The staff explained they had 4 cats and we were welcome to interact with them anywhere on the ground floor but, if the cats went downstairs,we were asked to not follow them as, that was their no humans allowed space. We were told where the toilets were . They do serve food, drinks or cakes and also do a value deal for £7. For your £7 you can have a cake, drink or a piece of quiche, cornish pasty or sausage roll. The £7 also include s your entry fee too.

Went with my boyfriend and God mum. Had a lovely time. The cats were happy and very healthy (fur was ever so soft). Very nice staff as well who took the time to talk to us. Would recommend to any cat lovers! Felt very relax after our 45 minute session. Also a lot of great products up for sale. Was very good with covid, 1 group in at a time and they clean up after every session. So felt very safe. Would give 10 stars if I could.
