A busy little location In the heart of the shopping centre in Great Yarmouth.
Pumpkin spice fans will enjoy the return of this drink while others may prefer one of their other just as great teas and coffees.
Pastries cakes and cookies also available and the pumpkin cookie was very enjoyable.
Quick service, tasty drinks and nice to unwind and enjoy five minutes
Lovely friendly staff and all the usual great selection of coffees, other drinks and snacks. I was particularly impressed by their covid safety procedures and how positive and upbeat the staff were. Lots of seating and hardly any wait, even in busy periods.
Better than Costa, loved the egg nog latte! Liked the caramel frappachino.
Whilst I understand the need to make sure everyone is kept safe at this time, the gentleman working there on the few occasions I’ve visited recently, seems to thoroughly enjoy barking social distancing instructions and takes his role of Starbucks COVID Police very seriously.
Unfortunately this comes across as rude and patronising. All of this before you’ve even ordered a coffee!
It’s really off putting. He could probably learn a lot from popping outside and listening to how the local banking staff are speaking to people as they queue to get inside.
There’s a right way and a wrong way of informing people of the rules we all need to abide by at the moment
So then he takes your order and I wait on the spot I’ve been told to wait on, only to be presented with my coffee by someone who clearly couldn’t care less...
Or are they are just utterly fed up of listening to their colleagues constant nagging at customers?
Great perfect with ppe and test your temperature on arrival, friendly staff and the tea was great.
