Nice to sit outside with a decent pint 🍻 of draught bitter they keep adnams southwold bitter as good as you can buy in southwold. Sadly the food is not recommended we had scampi and chips no salad or peas available, chips like skinny baby oven chips horrid things, scampi are supposed Whitby BUT mainly thick greasy batter and bit fishy something inside... Uninspiring! Much better to be had in Caister-on-Sea pubs plus real chips salad or peas Inc plus cheaper. Also yes we do know about coronavirus BUT plastic beakers for beer etc plus thin cheap wooden forks and knives to eat with? Plus food served in takeaway cartons? You aving a Laugh! Drive to caister on sea pubs using real glasses.... Real plates... Knives and forks etc etc seems like an excuse to save on washing up etc to me. Well when it boils down to it given the choice!? I prefer to go to a proper public house and have the refinement that I pay for.

Three meals here whilst stopping at Summerfields. Two meals excellent - the burgers are ace! The other meal average but value for money. Nice staff.

Enjoyed a socially distance dinner with family, had an extremely positive experience with the cheerful staff and setting, the restaurant was layed out neatly and has an outside seating area. The food was exemplary with a double order being very tempting, one of the best coastal restaurants I have ever been to! 5 Stars!
