Had the empire state burger, chips and onion rings were good but the burger was disappointing. Also Google doesn't realise I was in Ritz.

Have been here on three occasions, one of which was my best trim yet, thanks to Adam, but the latest ones have been some of the worst haircuts I have had. Barber didn't get anywhere close to what I asked for and have been butchered beyond repair. If you get a haircut you like it's good value otherwise you have to take the risk.
