Item quality and prices are v good great selection but items listed online as in stock and then take ridiculously long to despatch. I will not be ordering from here again im afraid.
Package got sent to US, my emails were ignored constantly until I pointed out that they were still answering messages on social media’s. They would respond, I would ask another question, ignored again for a week and so on. Terrible customer service.
So helpful. Brilliant service. Great products
Very poor customer service. Took 5 weeks to receive a replacement for a faulty product. Emails often needed a follow up email before they were acknowledged, was told I would receive a refund for postage which I never did. What should have been a simple process, was lengthy and over complicated.
