Woman staff, was making people wait outside. 15 people came out and we still had to wait. I was 3rd in queue got in shop only 2 people in there. Yet a lady came along spoke to lady on door, and she let her in, yet we were still in the queue

It is just so wonderful as a wheelchair user to be able to maneuver around the whole store. Be able to get to and look at everything I wanted to and more. Another customer decided not to wait in the queue and push in front of me at the tills. The staff member was very quick dealing with the problem and very professional. I'm proud to call this my local store.

Not many people in there. Plenty of space to move about. Very clean and tidy. Staff very helpful and courteous, makes a change compared to some places.
