Cannot fault this store one bit.
After having an awful experience yesterday in Chapelfield (review left for them separately) I cannot thank this store enough, I was being served by Kelly and after explaining what I was after (a locket necklace) she apologeticly explained to me that they do not sell them anymore and offered me an alternative which wasn't quite what I was after but she spent the time with me giving me the options and a spending the time with me and I ended up with two charms for my bracelet.
If you want fantastic customer service and fantastic 1-2-1 service I would definitely come to this store.

So went in after asking the day before about an order I had got online the first lady said bring it in with the PayPal receipt and aslong as was in new condition then they would change it to go in with it all saying nope can't take that as proof . Was a waste of my time I didn't have
