I've been going to Kennedy's regularly now for a couple of months and it is a fantastic place for a wide range of exercise classes. The instructors Zane and Olly are brilliant and keep you motivated whilst ensuring that exercises are performed safely and correctly. The classes at Kennedy's give you a really good workout but are also fun and friendly and are a good way to meet new and like minded people. I can't recommend Kennedy's highly enough.
