Pleasant and efficient. Made a new key for our b-max. Still not solved the mystery of why the old remotes stopped working, but the new one works fine for the locks and starting the car.
Exceptional service! Sent out a replacement ignition for our Qashqai next day with fitting instructions for self install rectifying key issue and central locking fault. Saving me a lot of money and was far more helpful than anybody else I’d spoken to. Highly recommended!!!
First Class service ... Ignition key would not turn at all; steering lock stuck on and unable to start car. Ignition lock barrel had failed without warning, even spare key did not work. Rang the Car Key Man mid afternoon, replacement barrel ordered on overnight delivery, car back in service by 9.30 AM the next morning! Still able to use same keys although a new key provided to replace worn one. Charges were reasonable and fair - a lot cheaper than going to main dealer.
I highly recommend these guys!
Phoned on Thursday to explain that my only Passat key was broken. Visited on Saturday to have my broken key repaired and a free new battery fitted. Also had a new spare key programmed there and then. Very knowledgeable. Highly recommended.
