I called to report a fault on our uPVC French Windows whereby the lock was jammed and unable to open. Less than 2 hours later, Lincoln Locksmith Services arrived and within minutes had diagnosed the problem and fixed it - absolutely fantastic we thought though this got even better when I asked the cost. The reply was "It's OK, there's no charge". Not everyone will be as lucky as we were today but in this day and age, it is outstanding that this exceptional standard of service still exists. First Class!

I phoned in the morning about the lock on a double glazed back door which would lock on the inside but not on the outside. Richard called round early in the afternoon and very efficiently and quickly fitted a new lock. Very pleased with the service.

We needed to find a local locksmith quickly as we had a disabled member of the family in the car. They were there within 10 mins. Simon managed to sort things out quickly and was very pleasant and polite. He was happy to return the following day for payment. We've never been locked out before so wasn't sure who to turn to. Simon was honest, kept us up to date with what was happening and was helpful throughout the whole process. The price we paid was fair too. Happy to recommend them as a trustworthy company

I had to arrange for an emergency locksmith to go out to my 94 yr old Dad, who couldn't open his PVC front door, so couldn't get out the house. Simon went out immediately. Making the 40/50 mile drive to Dads house.. The door was removed and fixed with great efficiency and Dad thought he was brilliant, friendly, respectful and helpful. Excellent service and price. Thank you.
