My elderly parents recently bought a cooker but there was a mix up with the order. They thought they had purchased one with an induction hob but when it was delivered they discovered it was a ceramic hob. Despite the cooker having been delivered AND fitted the after sales service at Hughes was second to none. Special thanks should go to Ashley (the manager at the Great Yarmouth branch) who went out of his way to make sure the customer was happy. After paying the difference a replacement induction hob cooker has been ordered. Very good customer service.
My wife and I would like to thank Karl and the 2 sets of delivery drivers for their help
recently changing the faulty washing machine we purchased a short time ago.
The machine was replaced by a different brand but at the same price.
Their efficiency and pleasant manner was much appreciated.

The check out has protective sheilds. The service was very quick. I went into Hughes for a radio and I found the one I wanted and was served within 10minutes which is great service. They have hand sanitizer at the door if you need it. I would say shop at Hughes with confidence.
Good covid precautions in place. Staff very helpful and polite. Good selection of goods. Parking available at rear. Good prices.
Ricky helped us to choose a new TV , sound bar & tumble drier, his customer service was excellent. Thank you you don’t always get this level of customer service anymore so well done
