The company delivered not complete order 10 days ago. I have contacted them by email two times. The answer was that they will send missing item immediately when it would be in stock. On the website, the missing item was and is in the stock. Today I have tried to contact them by phone but it does not work. I am very upset about this kind of service. 09/07/2020 Pellpax robbed me for £12.49. I have paid on 11/05/2020 and still have not what I paid for. Many conversations, emails no result they just ignored me at all! 16 July 2020 I have contacted CAB. CAB gave me proper information how to "talk" with Pellpax and I have refund 29 July 2020. I do not recommend Pellpax, very poor customer service!!!!

First thing to note is Pellpax have a large range of good quality products. I got the information I needed from the website, and ordering was very straightforward. Customer service is excellent. The wait for delivery was very reasonable for a pandemic. I was kept well informed of the predicted delivery time, specified for a two hour window which the driver accomplished. Friendly and efficient service and the product was well packaged and everything in order. I sincerely recommend Pellpax.

100% recommend this company. very competitive prices and extremely helpful on the phone. I order a PCP rifle for my Partner and after doing some research an asking a few questions they pointed me in the right direction. delivery was safe and very efficient. would not hesitate in using you guys again. Many thanks! I now have one happy partner!

Absolutely Fantastic Service! From the day I ordered, to the day I received my order I was kept in the loop about what was happening. So happy in fact, that I'm about to fill my cart and go again. Delivery driver was courteous and friendly, nothing was a hassle. The firearm itself is flawless, I'm so impressed with the quality and the bundles of things that came with it - Pellpax, don't change. Absolutely Amazing.

Good folk, good stock, good delivery, good customer service - somewhat let down by a poor website experience (and especially on phones) and some issues with stock management. I'll get my one and only negative out first. The website is entirely functional and clear, but it does feel dated and clunky. No harm though. My real concern is, as others have reported, I purchased a gun showing as in stock, that was not in stock. Now to their credit Pellpax contacted me very quickly and we're very genuine about lead times. As such I decided to ammend my order and pay the difference for a different gun - this wasn't a bother. Everyone I spoke to via phone and writing was friendly and efficient. The gent who delivered my gun pretty early on a Sunday morning was very friendly. All in all - good experience with Pellpax despite some order difficulties. I would use them again.
