Marks & Spencer Aylsham possibly the worst customer service for a second time same person, Ignored at the pump then when trying to pay kept her back to me will stacking a shelf with cigarettes. When she finally acknowledged i was there best was a grunt no please or thank you, stupidly I still said thank you, ill make sure I have my Glasses on next time so I can get a name.

Can sometimes be a very long wait for the tills. Low stock sometimes.
