Been waiting 4 week for confirmation of my no claims for new insurance company no answers no reply to text.tried increase my insurance by 200 stay away

Unable to get through on the phone lines - Had a letter requesting I call them, Have tried for 5 consecutive days and have been on hold for over 45 minutes everytime. I cannot wait on the phone for hours on end hoping someone will answer. The one time I managed to get through after 55 minutes on hold, the chap said the system was down and I have to ring back another day. USELESS Now I have received a letter saying they will cancel my insurance as I have not attempted to contact them! Have been trying again this morning on both my land line and mobile yet they will still not answer their phones. Seems the only way I can contact them is by post. Maybe you should get some more staff to answer the phones?

I've been on hold for 15 mins + to cancel policy, when you want to set up new policy they answer in seconds. very bad service.

Waited 20minutes to talk to someone, gave up in the end.

Please please please, avoid this company at all costs - They mis-sold me a policy, charged me a large deposit, charged me again for the next month and then forced me to cancel my policy after mis-selling me the cover on a commercial vehicle. They will leave you on hold for 10 minutes + at a time purely to waste your time. There is a sales rep called Courtney who is completely embarrassing. You can appreciate why she works on the phone as a salesperson in an office as she is arrogant, rude, unhelpful and completely useless - she struggles with the most menial of tasks and isn't there to help, quite the opposite. They refuse to send any audio notes of our calls after asking for 2 weeks; Courtney is well and truly the worst customer service advisor you will ever come across. She is incapable of even the most basic tasks. She is totally useless. It's completely laughable as they have now cancelled my policy after mis-selling it and are now trying to enforce debt collectors on our company. We have now escalated this in a legal capacity to re-coop any funds that have entered their account as they have failed to co-operate with any of our requests to send across proof of our initial conversations. Total bandits, filled with young sales people who will take advantage of you at any opportunity. If you do one thing today, stay very clear of this company.
