I had filed my HMRC return via this firm after returning to India. They have my tax refund in their bank account since September 2019. In 21st century, they have been unable to transfer the refund to my India account for past 6 months. When I call them it either goes to voice email or the reception always tells me that staff is "In a meeting"/"Out of office". There's no third response. When I email them I don't get a response before 2-3 follow up emails. I won't recommend anyone to have such an experience. I am now forced to take legal course to retrieve my money. If anyone has doubts on authenticity of my feedback, I can share evidence.

I have had an excellent experience with tax filing! Very professional and helping staff. Prompt in responses and know what they are doing! Keep it up guys!
