New and modern motorhomes - all automatic. Friendly staff. Nice and easy.

While the employees are kind they have no flexibility regarding refunds. My girlfriend and I, both students, had planned to enjoy our holidays with one of their campers. But as the Covid situation rolled around, our flights where cancelled, quarantine made it impossible to do anything meaningful in the UK and we thus asked them to refund the money 3 weeks ahead of time. Apparently the original deposit is 100% non-refundable. And if one cancels two weeks ahead of the start of one's planned trip one receives a maximum of 50%. Really is a shame.

This was our first time hiring a Motorhome, so as expected we were a little cautious, but the full experience from booking, to collecting to dropping off was so easy! They give a handy link to a YouTube video which shows you all the workings of the facilities on the Motorhome too, just for reference we used the Edinburgh depot, located in Broxburn, easy to find We were issued a 2 year old roller team Motorhome and me, my partner and border collie set off to do the north coast 500, it was brilliant, the Motorhome did everything we could ever ask for, it was modern and finished with high quality leather seats and best of lights and appliances inside, lovely machine, actually sad to hand her back today In the future we won’t even compare prices from other companies as we have found a good company here, they are not trying to steal your money, dogs go free, yes there’s an additional deposit to pay but if you treat the Motorhome like your own it won’t be an issue, prior to hand back we gave the Motorhome a good clean inside, and out, emptied all the waste and replaced all the fuel/gas to full like when we got it. And upon handing it back we were told no issues and thanks for cleaning her out and treating her with respect, and in return the frozen funds in my bank account were immediately released, no delays While we were away we were pleasantly surprised, fuel economy was just like running a petrol car, the Motorhome was diesel and had An automatic gearbox which was wonderful to use, all facilities including electric hook up, drinking water hose, window blinds, absolutely everything we ever needed was there! I would happily say that we will be using just go again regularly in the future, it was an awesome experience, I would highly recommend it to friends and family, its been great Kind regards, Jim, Kirsty and Jess the border collie

Be careful with just go: we had our reservation from February to make our dream trip to Scotland. One my sister and another me. The same thing happened to us both. When we booked we couldn't imagine what was going to happen with the covid. In May we had to make the full payment. We doubted the way things were with the pandemic; We did not know what to do but since they just told us that if we did not do it we would lose the deposit that we made with the reservation. They also assured us that if the trip could not be made we were covered by its terms and conditions, by refund or voucher. On July 27 we had to pick up our caravan and on the 26th we could not fly because the UK government decreed quarentena for travelers from Spain. We have claimed our expenses and all the companies have been sympathetic and benevolent: the airline, the hotels, the transport companies ... all except just and go. They want to keep our money without offering us a refund or compensation. Shameful trying to abuse customers in this difficult time for everyone. and absurd to think that we are not going to use all the legal tools available to claim it. We will start by claiming before the European Consumer Center and will arrive where it is legally necessary to recover our 2,000 pounds.
