Fantastic company- were so helpful in my daughters search for a property with superior customer service and zoom videos offered. Unfortunately they didn’t rent a property from aps as found an alternative house they all loved with their current age before viewings but I would highly recommend this company for their customer services friendliness and help! Also 48 week contracts and no deposit is preferable to the other companies too. Brilliant website too.

I've been staying with this company in one of their student houses, when I first moved in there was many problems with the house including growth of mould, things not working, and some structural issues (e.g, flooring, doors, etc..), when these issues were brought to the attention of the maintenance team they came and sorted then out immediately. There was a few times where I thought nothing was going to be done, and another incident when I was not informed that they would be coming round and turned up before I had to set off for work but everything was sorted and they came back at a later time. Overall I am very pleased with how well this company looks after their residence, and work with you to sort out issues ☺️

Me and my house have had such a great 2 years with aps, we can't fault them at all. Every time we've had an issue they've resolved it incredibly quickly and our house is perfect, I'll be sad to graduate and move out by the end of the year. Highly recommend them

I have been living in an Aps property for my second and third year of university. Whenever we have had an issue with the house, Aps have emailed back swiftly and had the issue fixed/resolved very quickly! Excellent service & very helpful ⭐️

I've been with APS for 2 years and they have the best service out of any student housing company. If we've ever had an issue, they've sorted it within 24 hours of us notifying them, and the staff are always friendly. I wouldn't look anywhere else if you need a student house.
